~ Can We Statisfy Desire? ~

It is hardly surprising that today, our society, dominated by greed, selfishness, hatred and suspicion. The enemy of mankind is selfish craving. People are always craving for pleasures and property. It is undeniable that desire and aversion operate together.

Some people spend their whole life accumulating material things, no amount of accumulation can make them contented. The desire for more and more is their whole life's devotion. Once the object of their dreams appears, by now, their desires and expectations have gone up by a few notches, and they are not satisfied with their new acquisitions.

In fact, the more they have, the greater their desire becomes.
